Getting in the door
Entry is contactless, with no keys. Your door code works your whole stay and arrives by email on the day you move in. Use only the keypad deadbolt and leave the lower knob unlocked. The knob isn’t connected to your code, so locking it can lock you out. If the code ever doesn’t work, we can open the door remotely.
WiFi
Included. The network and password are posted on the fridge, and we can reset it remotely if you have trouble getting online.
In the condo
Smart TV (sign in to your own streaming), in-unit washer and dryer with detergent for your first load, a full kitchen, a dedicated desk, and heat and AC. Linens, towels and starter toiletries are there when you arrive. The fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink.
Utilities
Electric, water, gas and internet are all on us. Usage is capped at $150 a month, which is nearly impossible to hit with normal living.
Your belongings
We don’t carry insurance on tenants’ personal property. Renter’s insurance is optional and easy to set up on your end.
Trash
Bins are at the back of the building by the parking lot. Just bring your trash down. We move the bins out front, and pickup is Friday morning.
Pest control
We bring pest control through once a month. We schedule it and cover the cost, but the technician needs to get inside your condo to treat it. You’ll get at least 24 hours’ notice each time. We often change your furnace air filter or handle maintenance items on the same visit.

We’re confirming your unit and dates and verifying your details. You’ll hear from us by text and email, the same day in most cases.

Your lease is ready to sign
You’ll sign online in a few minutes. No printer, no office visit.
- Open the lease emailIt comes through DocuSeal, subject “Clark Pl Condos lease for signature.” We sign first, then it comes to you.
- Upload your ID inside the leaseYour driver’s license. Students also add a student ID, and healthcare workers a work badge or nursing license if they have one.
- Review and e-signEverything is uploaded and signed in the lease, so there’s nothing to email us.
- Payment at signingYour first month (prorated) and the security deposit are due at signing. Payment instructions are in your lease email.
You’re almost home
Keypad entry and self check-in. No keys to pick up and nobody to meet.
- Check-in detailsOn the day you arrive we email your door and gate codes, along with your guest guide.
- ArrivalWe confirm your arrival window with you ahead of time. Running late is fine, so come whenever you get in.
- ParkingOne assigned spot in the gated lot, and your spot number matches your condo number. Extra vehicles, visitors and deliveries use the free street parking out front.
- Already in your condoLinens and towels, starter toiletries, cookware and dishes, a coffee maker, and a washer and dryer with detergent for your first load. Sign in to your own streaming on the smart TV.
- TrashBins are at the back of the building. Pickup is Friday morning, and we move the bins out front on Thursday night.
- Quiet hours10 PM to 7 AM, daily.
