How the building runs.

1. Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM, every day. Nothing audible outside your condo.
2. No smoking, vaping, or incense anywhere in the condo or building. This costs the full security deposit and ends the lease.
3. No candles or open flames.
4. No parties, large gatherings, or events of any kind.
5. Maximum occupancy: 2 people in a one-bedroom, 4 people in a two-bedroom. Everyone who lives in the condo is on the lease.
6. Everyone 18 or older who will live in the condo completes the application and screening and signs the lease.
7. Parking: your assigned gated spot is for one tenant vehicle. All visitors, guests, and deliveries park on the street.
8. No inoperable vehicles or vehicle repairs in the gated lot.
9. Pets by prior approval only: dogs and cats under 75 lb, $50 per month per pet. Tell us before you apply.
10. No subletting or re-listing the condo.
11. No alterations: no painting, drilling, mounting, or changing or adding locks without our approval.
12. Pest prevention: keep food sealed and tell us at the first sign of anything.
13. Report maintenance promptly. Damage from a delayed report can become your responsibility.
