Clark Pl Condos started with a simple frustration: finding a furnished place in Midtown that felt like a home, not a budget hotel or a corporate complex — and getting a straight answer from someone when you needed one.

So we took a quiet Midtown block, a short walk from the Memphis Medical District, and ran it the way we'd want to be hosted. Fully furnished, all-in pricing, spotless turnovers, and support that actually responds.

Today, guests book by the night and travel nurses, students, and families stay by the month — many of them returning, most of them sent by someone who stayed before. We're still small on purpose. It's the only way to keep every stay this good.
