Privacy Policy

Clark Pl Condos is operated by New Horizon Holdings LLC and respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including for our SMS text-messaging program.

Information we collect

When you contact us or submit an inquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, desired move-in and move-out dates, and any message you send. If you book a stay, we also collect the information needed to manage your reservation and stay.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to your inquiry, share availability and pricing, confirm and manage your booking, send check-in details (door code, parking, WiFi), coordinate maintenance, and provide guest support. We do not send marketing blasts, and we do not buy or rent contact lists.

SMS text messaging

By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages from Clark Pl Condos related to your inquiry and stay — booking confirmations, check-in instructions, guest support, and maintenance coordination. This is conversational, relationship-based messaging; every recipient has inquired about a unit, booked a stay, or texted us first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to reach us by phone or email.

How we share information — and what we never share

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (for example, our messaging and scheduling tools), only as needed to provide our service, or where required by law. No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or operational requirements, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Your choices

You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To ask what information we hold, correct it, or request deletion, contact us at info@clarkplcondos.com.
